Pickup

Storefront pickup is available during our operating hours.

We try to have orders ready for pick up within 24 hours of placement. We will update you when your order is ready for pickup. 
Orders must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. Orders not picked up within this time frame will be considered forfeit without refund.

 

Local Delivery

We offer next-business day delivery via Trexity for local customers.
Please note there will be no delivery on Mondays.

To be eligible for this service, your address must be within Trexity’s Toronto area standard delivery radius. At checkout select “Fast Local Delivery (by Trexity)” for your flat rate.  After you place your order, you will receive an additional email directly from Trexity asking you to confirm the delivery details. Live tracking information is provided once your order is out for delivery. If you aren’t available for delivery, the package will be left at your door and you will receive a delivery confirmation text. We advise customers to be home during the delivery window. Red Pegasus and Trexity are not liable for theft.

 

Shipping

We offer shipping through Canada Post to all provinces and territories in Canada. We will send out your parcel within 48 hours of the order date. Once you receive your tracking link from Canada Post, the delivery will all be based on their projected timelines.
