This dreamy bath salt blend is made right here in Toronto, with magnesium-rich Canadian prairie and sea salts, sleep-promoting botanicals grown in the Sage & Thistle Garden, and soothing essential oils to relax your mind & calm your senses.

It features botanicals of dream-enhancing Mugwort, and calming Rose Geranium, Chamomile, Holy Basil and Sweetgrass, and us scented with an essential oil blend of  Frankincense, Geranium, Citrus, and vanilla-like Benzoin.

To use: Place desired amount into cotton bag and place in warm bath water, or pour desired amount directly into bath water. Immerse, relax, and enjoy!
